Sofia is a mother of two daughters. She is passionate about empowering women to reach their own breastfeeding goals and about supporting perinatal mental health. She runs local breastfeeding peer support groups and has previously been involved in a number of other community groups.  She enjoys baking, sewing, crocheting and cold water swimming!
